What Our Friends Are Saying:
Dear David,
I received a bottle of your 2006 Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir as a gift from a friend and we really enjoyed it. The first thing we noticed was the great aroma (nose) of the wine when we opened it (the smell was of raspberries). After letting it sit for a little while (about 20 minutes) we poured and imbibed. The color was beautiful and very crisp. The legs of the wine were very evident. The first impression when drinking is that it was one of the softest Pinot's I have had. I would compare it to a 2001 Laure'ne from Domain Droughin we uncorked last weekend even though it is much younger. The finish was very nice without the bitter tannin aftertaste. All in all, a great wine.
